Well, Clot-O there! I'll be right with y'all… I'm just taking a shower with Lush's new Jilted Elf.

I tin't tell you how excited I was to launder with (and jerk) Lush's latest shower jelly. As a chronic new product junkie, specially when it comes to bath stuff, I knew I had to give this vivid dark-green hulk a endeavor.

I've never used annihilation quite like information technology before…at to the lowest degree not as an developed! 🙂 It has a gelatinous consistency, and to use it, you can either jiggle the entire green glob out of the jar (weird!), or dig out goopy globules with your fingers. I chose the later, scooping out a small amount.

Sadly, as much as I like the texture and the quirky cool idea, I didn't end up liking the product as much every bit I idea I would. The gooey bits took forever to work into a soap, and later on washing and rinsing, I felt like my skin was wearing a thick layer of goo (I actually ended up washing again with a bar of lather I had in the shower).

And then there's the scent…a warm and spicy blend of what could exist (merely virtually certainly isn't) marmalade mixed with cinnamon, cloves and spicy chai tea. I'm betting it's one of those love-it-or-detest-it fragrances. I like it, only I suspect it won't appeal to everyone.
